I took Resveratrol for the first time yesterday. When I went to sleep last night, I awoke after a couple of hours to a strange quivering in my chest area. Also, I had a strange feeling throughout my entire body that felt like something "moving" just beneath my skin. (It felt kind of like when your arm goes to "sleep" and then it wakes up and feels all "tingly" but I felt that way all over.) It really freaked me out and I almost had a fear that I was "dying". I lay there for awhile, then I finally went back to sleep. When I woke up this morning, I feel really good and full of energy. Has anyone else had this strange experience? I had not taken any other drugs or drank any type of alcohol, either.

Like me and other Americans and other people around the world would like t know which Resveratrol Product is the Best and more effective… Since ive started my search and research on this subject i have found many many many reviews showing different Resveratrol Products as being the number 1 best effective product on the market and most seem t have a video of Oprah or a youtube video clip of Resveratrol which started it all on 60 minutes and was then later on introduced on the Oprah Winfrey show with Dr Oz… now each one of these sites have said thr product is # 1 so instead of going by what they said i started looking for the same answers on MSNBC and other major news agencies and they give a different product as being the # 1 so what is really the best one? Is this vitamin regiment reasonable for someone in their 20’s, in excellent physical health, and otherwise very healthy? For a person who exercises 6 days per week and eats a nutritious diet (high fiber, high vegetable, lean protein, lot of water)

I got Now’s Natural Resveratrol (http://www.nowfoods.com/?action=itemdetail&item_id=92129), and every time I take a capsule, it tastes distictly like gasoline. Even to the point where I am now a little worried that maybe it’s tainted. Is this normal, or just in my case?
