And there are numerous other nutrients that you haven't listed, such as all the b vitamins, you only have half of them. And your DHA/Omegas are better found in oil form, in a capsule. Here is a really complete multivitamin/mineral and you can add some of the other nutrients to it. Give it a go and see how you feel.
