		<description>I have taken Resveratrol a few times in different formulas.  I took Jarrow Resveratrol, Nature's Way Resveratrol and an antioxidant combo that contains Resveratrol, and grape seed extract.

Resveratrol is an antioxidant and can be helpful for many ailments, but it unlikely you will notice a difference from taking it because it works on a cellular level, its not a medication that affects specific symptoms as far as I know.  Most likely it would inhibit disease in the brain and heart, and reduce the affects of aging, but you don't wake up one day and have a new heart, brain, or look 20 years younger of course!

More studies need to be done to determine all the benefits of resveratrol.  There does not appear to be any toxicity findings so far.</description>
