Resveratrol is a phytoalexin produced naturally by several plants when under attack by pathogens such as bacteria or fungi.
Resveratrol has also been produced by chemical synthesis and is sold as a nutritional supplement derived primarily from Japanese knotweed.
Resveratrol is found in the skin of red grapes and is a constituent of red wine, but it can be find in the white variety as well in lesser quantities.
As you can see there is more ways to obtain the nutrient.

    Peanuts (raw) 1 c (146 g) 0.01 - 0.26
    Peanuts (boiled) 1 c (180 g) 0.32 - 1.28
    Red grapes 1 c (160 g) 0.24 - 1.25

It is found in fruits with RED skin. so if the grapes are seedless i dont think it matters all that matters is the red skin..it might have somthing to do with darkness but no one knows for sure. Its also available in certain nuts.
