Taking too much wine will overcome the positive effects with ethanol damage. And grape juice doesn’t work - resveratrol is relatively confined to the skin of the grape. Thus… Its safe as a supplement, and you can find it (maybe at bodybuilding.com or what not) on the web, but its expensive - unless you’re already an athelete, and are taking it not for the heart help but for the endurance boost, then I’d say just work out a little - it’ll go further.
