Honestly, only if you get it from someone who knows what they are doing. Over and over I see people who act like it doesn’t work and there is no quercetin in it OR it’s a cheapO Walmart version of the supplement. It must have quercetin unless in liquid form!
Over and over I hear nay sayers spout about alternative meds being bunk when DUH only SOME of them are bunk and inferior. Anything on the shelf at Walmart is likely to be pretty bunk. Not everything works for everyone but quality resveratrol will do some DNA repair. It might not be enough for someone’s cancer if they have a tooth infection or something, but it’s got a great track record with certain types of cancer.

I will give you a product recommendation. It’s a well researched remedy and you can find a lot of university studies on it. The track record is solid on this one.
Hello
Yes and No. There is huge marketing machine behind Resveratrol including Dr Oz. There more doctors you see recommending Resveratrol, there more Resveratrol will be sold.
But there are some good benefits to get, because of the anti Oxidants, which has been known as a good benefit of wine for centuries.
