I take it with grapeseed extract (which it is very similar to on a molecular level) for connective tissue disorder. I have been taking the grapeseed for a very long time, and bought this current bottle of the two mixed because it wa on sale - I can’t tell a difference between the two types that I have taken.
It does seem to help with my gums - but I take a ton of it…500 mgs of it a day
I’m actually taking a supplement called Bee Anti. It’s got 2000 mg of resveratrol, as well as bee pollen and royal jelly. I work a lot of hours - first at the day job and then on our home businesses. I also don’t get as much exercise as I should.
I started taking Bee Anti and I did notice that I generally felt better. The biggest difference I noticed was that my skin cleared up a LOT. I’m almost 40, and I’ve always had problems with acne. Now I’m not having any problems at all, and the resveratrol was what made the difference.
The dosage for Bee Anti is two caplets per day, so that’s what I’m using.
As far as other supplements, I do take glucosamine for joint health and a multi-vitamin. Hope that helps!
