Resveratrol occurs naturally in grapes, red wine, pomegranates and other foods. It is supposed to help the heart in particular and, more generally, help to retard aging.

I wish resveratrol was around when I was your age. I use to try and get it from drinking a glass of red wine at night, then I discovered that supplements contained 40% more resveratrol than wine.
