Resveratrol occurs naturally in grapes, red wine, pomegranates and other foods. It is supposed to help the heart in particular and, more generally, help to retard aging.

There is controversy over whether resveratrol in capsule form has the same value as the naturally occuring form in foods and wine. For more information, check out:

I wish resveratrol was around when I was your age. I use to try and get it from drinking a glass of red wine at night, then I discovered that supplements contained 40% more resveratrol than wine.

I’ve added resveratrol supplements to my daily routine and I will say I feel great. I’ve included a site below that has a video of a report that Barbara Walters did on the benefits of resveratrol. It also explains how you can get a free sample to see if it’s right for you. Hope this helps in your decision.
