I saw resveratrol featured on 60 Minutes & I’ve noticed a lot of links for it online recently. Supposedly it has resveratrol in it which comes from red wine & is supposed to help with anti-aging.

Lots of recent reports would have it that regularly drinking red wine spiffs up your health, because of the "resveratrol" in them. After being a teetotaller for many years, I took up slurping red wines (primarily the fairly decent plonks Carlo Rossi Paisano and Chianti). I’ve been doing up large glasses of wine four times a week, each about 8 ounces. This is apparently enough for health benefits, plus people have been shown in studies to think better after moderate amounts of alcohol (with emphasis on "moderate", which obviously precludes lurching bouts of sheer drunkenness).

But one does worry about little alcohol soldiers marching about and slaughtering brain cells if one should, say, occasionally laugh gleefully and down not one, but two in a row of those extra-sized McGlasses of plonk. Is there any basis for worrying like an old lady about it?

Like me and other Americans and other people around the world would like t know which Resveratrol Product is the Best and more effective… Since ive started my search and research on this subject i have found many many many reviews showing different Resveratrol Products as being the number 1 best effective product on the market and most seem t have a video of Oprah or a youtube video clip of Resveratrol which started it all on 60 minutes and was then later on introduced on the Oprah Winfrey show with Dr Oz… now each one of these sites have said thr product is # 1 so instead of going by what they said i started looking for the same answers on MSNBC and other major news agencies and they give a different product as being the # 1 so what is really the best one? I could use the advice of a medical expert about a vitamin regiment I am considering.

Is this vitamin regiment reasonable for someone in their 20’s, in excellent physical health, and otherwise very healthy? For a person who exercises 6 days per week and eats a nutritious diet (high fiber, high vegetable, lean protein, lot of water)
Do any of the supplements contradict one another? Also, do you have any recommendations on any vitamins that should be added or removed? If so, what scientific evidence do you have to support your claim?

I got Now’s Natural Resveratrol (http://www.nowfoods.com/?action=itemdetail&item_id=92129), and every time I take a capsule, it tastes distictly like gasoline. Even to the point where I am now a little worried that maybe it’s tainted. Is this normal, or just in my case?
What would you recommend as a course of action?

i was looking at this and looked at the video…i wanted to know if anybody has tried this..heres the thing…i was watching the science channel when i saw those scientist and they were talking about the same thing but they did not name the pill…they showed the same test that they performed and took it down to a scientific level..and im wondering if this is the pill that is finally out? is it safe? or sketchy?

Too good to be true?
Seems pretty legit to me. This supplement seems to have the ability to increase healthy life span and prevent cancer and major diseases. I hope good things come out of this. Every so often through the works of science we discover things that improve and drastically change the ways we live our lives. I was just curious to how everyone felt about this.
