I agree with Rex, any Reds or grape juice. Also, I recently started taking a supplement I got at my natural foods grocery store: Pomology Anti-Aging with Resveratrol Formula. It contains Pomegranate, Acai, & Red Wine Extracts & Resveratrol,health benefits w/o calories.
Why? It would take drinking 20 bottles a day to even have a chance of getting enough resveratrol to aid your health. But then you would have other health issues. Just drink your glass or two and enjoy the wine. For the benefits of resveratrol take it in supplement form.*
you want to get some cabernet sauvignon, that is the best match for this answer, and you might want to try to merlot, these are red wines and those are the ones that have resveratrol, however, the thing is that you can drink regular grape juice and find this in those and it is a lot cheaper, i like to drink so i don’t blame you for going for the wine, because it will give you a good feeling as well as the health effects, those are the best choices, those are red wines, white wines do not have a lot of resveratrol, you have to go for the red, you can also go for the pinot noir, but i think that cabernet sauvignon is the best tasting and so is merlot, that is why i said those i think they are the best and you will really like those a lotl. good luck
