On todays episode Dr. Oz, they were talking about Anti-aging Secrets. One of the things they were talking about was Resveratrol. Dr. Oz says that he takes 500mg of Resveratrol and then showed a green capsule. Does anyone know the name of this pill? Thank You
Dr OZ is a quack who is now in love with his Oprah derived celebrity. He is going the root of other MD quacks like Andrew Weil, and becoming a shill for "alternative" products. It’s kind of sad to waste the knowledge and respect that comes with an MD on quackery.

He didn’t say a specific brand, but you’ll want to be careful about where you get it from as well. Dr. Oz doesn’t recommend specific brands on products like this, but some of the major scam websites cite Dr. Oz and Oprah as recommending their product, but neither has ever mentioned a brand.
I would recommend getting a good quality brand from your local health food store or a company you know and trust. I would be careful about online ads for it (and the "free trials" are hardly ever free since they have to get you to pay for it somehow). Unfortunately, Resveratrol is one of a few high powered antioxidants that are fads right now and when there is a fad, there are always people and companies that take advantage of that popularity and sell their own piece of it. The unfortunate part is that too many of those people/companies make baseless claims in order to sell their product faster and for higher prices.

That man is despicable. You cannot fight the ageing process. You can prevent premature problems, but you cannot halt this natural process. Just eat healthily, keep hydrated and exercise. Forget the rest and don’t waste your money on these pills.
