Like me and other Americans and other people around the world would like t know which Resveratrol Product is the Best and more effective… Since ive started my search and research on this subject i have found many many many reviews showing different Resveratrol Products as being the number 1 best effective product on the market and most seem t have a video of Oprah or a youtube video clip of Resveratrol which started it all on 60 minutes and was then later on introduced on the Oprah Winfrey show with Dr Oz… now each one of these sites have said thr product is # 1 so instead of going by what they said i started looking for the same answers on MSNBC and other major news agencies and they give a different product as being the # 1 so what is really the best one? I love asking the Yahoo community because you guys always make more damn sense than the crap info thats out thr at the moment

I like country life resveratrol plus - which also contains grapeseed extract and pinebark extract - its very reasonably priced, and contains 100 mgs each of the main antioxidants.
Here is something that is not commonly known - it absorbs much better through the membranes of your mouth than your intestinal tract - - and, it only stays in your system for an hour….so I take a capsule, and put a small portion of the powder in a glass of water, and sip that through the day allowing the liquid to stay in my mouth for a few seconds with each sip….
Yep, you’re right… there are TONS of them on the market because it’s a big fad right now. Truth be told, any answer given here will just be personal opinion (I can give you my opinion if you’d like). There are many higher quality companies out there that are readily available and well priced… just make sure the company has a good rating with either the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia), as those are the main quality assurance organizations (USP is for the U.S., GMP is for the U.S. and worldwide).

They all suck. Use the one below. It’s got stablized alpha lipoic acid (DHLA) and it has resveratrol in it. This company uses no synthetics or fillers.
Just ¼ teaspoon provides 50 mg of DHLA, 36 mg of R-lipoic and 5 mg of Resveratrol.
